7 YEAR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE **

Sometimes the unexpected can happen. In the unlikely event you need assistance, help is just a phone call away.

Simply call 1800 957 454 to access KGM Roadside Assist.

The KGM Roadside Assistance Program will cover you for things like:

FLAT BATTERY

Jump start – covered
Replacement – covered if under warranty
Out of warranty replacement – Owner Expense

TRAILER TOWING

Tow trailer to safety – covered
Towing to same destination as vehicle – Owner Expense

VEHICLE TOWING

In the event your vehicle needs towing to an authorised KGM Dealer – you are covered

OUT OF FUEL

Fuel to get to nearest fuel station – covered
Towing to nearest fuel station – covered
Incorrect fuel type used – owner expense

KEYS

We will cover you if:
Keys are locked in the car
Keys are lost or stolen
Key is broken
Immobiliser is inoperative

REMOTE AREA BREAKDOWNS

If you break down in a remote area – covered *delays may apply

TAXI SERVICE

Up to $50 taxi fare (if required) – Covered
Fee over $50 – Owner Expense

TYRE REPLACEMENT

Replacement of a damaged tyre / wheel with a serviceable, roadworthy and compatible spare – covered

ROADSIDE REPAIR

If the vehicle issue can be rectified on the roadside and it is safe to do so – covered

ACCOMODATION

If an incident has happened overnight, KGM Australia will cover up to 3 nights accommodation at $150 per night (inc GST).

CAR HIRE

Car rental covers daily rental fee only. Excludes insurance, tax and/or stamp duty charges or relocation fees. Car hire is covered for up to 5 days at a cap of $100 per day (inc GST)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO 7 YEAR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

** Length of KGM Roadside Cover –
KGM Australia (SYAU) Standard Complimentary Roadside Cover is valid for Eligible Vehicles, 12 months from the date of first registration, and cannot be transferred to any other vehicle. KGM Australia will extend the Complimentary Roadside Assistance coverage where an Eligible Buyer completes the KGM Vehicles scheduled services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service requirements, conducted by an Authorised KGM dealer. Conducting the vehicles scheduled Servicing at an authorised KGM dealer will extend the Vehicles roadside assistance coverage, for an additional 12-month term, up to a maximum of 7 years, from the date of first registration. If an eligible buyer does not service the eligible vehicle in line with the service schedule at an authorised KGM dealer, the extended roadside coverage will expire.

The personal information provided by you and other persons who request KGM roadside assistance for your vehicle is collected by Assist Australia Pty Ltd to enable us to administer and provide you with roadside assistance, including to arrange services to be supplied to you by third parties where appropriate. Assist Australia may exchange your personal information with KGM Australia Pty Ltd, the Australian Motoring Clubs and our related bodies corporate, agents, sub-contractors and other service providers (such as call centre providers, towing operators, accident management providers, car rental companies and information technology providers) for these purposes and any other purpose you have consented to or as authorised by law.

If you provide personal information about another person to us or our agents or contractors, you warrant that this information is provided with the consent of the individual concerned and that you have the authority to act on their behalf.
